Welcome to Texas Association of PeriAnesthesia Nurses (TAPAN) DISTRICT 7.  DISTRICT 7, which serves El Paso and surrounding counties, is one of 9 districts which constitute TAPAN. TAPAN is a component of the American Society of PeriAnesthesia Nurses (ASPAN).  As a member of TAPAN, you are also a member of ASPAN. As such, you are entitled to all membership privileges of both associations.

You are encouraged to become an active member of TAPAN. Through your committee work and/or meeting attendance, you can accumulate merit points, which allow you to apply for educational program funding. Other benefits include scholarships, the Membership Recruiter of the Year award, and discounted rates for conferences, seminars, etc.
